Welcome to Which?'s Tech Support service! My team is working from home at the moment, but our office is in Cardiff.
We can help you with a number of different things:
- Mobile phones
- Smart TVs
- Routers and the internet
- Operating systems and error messages
- Smart Tech, including home assistants such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home, etc.
- Smart TVs
- Security software including advice on scams
- Email problems – both in the browser and standalong programs such as Outlook and Thunderbird
- Storage devices such as external hard drives
- Windows 7 and above
- iPhone 7 and above
- Buying advice for tech devices
To book a Tech Support appointment all you have to do is call our Member Services team on 02922 670 000 where one of our team will be happy to assist you.
You will book an appointment for a specific time slot, with a maximum wait time of 48 hours. On the day of your appointment one of our dedicated Tech Support agents will call you and help with your query or issue. We aim to get this sorted for you in no more than 30 minutes.

We can also remotely access your device if necessary. We’ll always be very clear about what we’re doing and always ask for your consent before we go ahead with a remote access session. If this is the right approach for you and your problem, we’ll talk you through how to do this during your appointment.
We also offer expert buying advice. If you need help making a decision about your next tech purchase we can help with that during your appointment.
All you need to do is make sure your device is powered up and turned on when we speak to you - we will help with the rest!
