Q) When trying to log into my email account, three incorrect predictive spellings for my email address appear. These can be difficult to spot. If I click onto one of these then supply my password, am I at risk? How can I stop these incorrect options from being offered?
How to remove the incorrect spellings
Choosing an incorrectly spelled address when you log in will not put you at risk; it just won’t allow you to log in, as the details will be incorrect.
You can very easily remove the incorrect addresses by using the arrows and Delete button.
When you see an incorrect suggestion, you need to use the arrows on the keyboard to select it and then use the Delete button on the keyboard to remove that suggestion.
Do this on any incorrect entries and you will only be offered your correct address the next time you log in.
