It's annoying when you're filling in a form online and your web browser over-eagerly auto-fills it with an old address or out of date personal details. Fortunately, it's simple to fix this.
In Google Chrome, click the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the top-right corner) then History. A new window will open with your History showing. Click Clear browsing data at the top.
This will open a small windows with several options. Untick any that aren't relevant to you, but be sure to tick Autofill Form Data and ensure From the beginning of time is selected as the time period.

Click Clear browsing data to finish.
How to add new autofill details
Note that this process will clear all your form data. If you want Google Chrome to remember your up-to-date details, such as your name and billing address, you'll need to enter it as-new into an online form when you're next making a transaction. Google Chrome will then retain these details for auto-fill in the future.
