It's not uncommon to encounter issues with your speakers after upgrading to Windows 10. Typically, this issue is caused by drivers needing to be updated.
How to update drivers
Search for device manager in the Windows 10 Start search box and select Device Manager from the list that appears.
Next, click the relevant hardware category (Sound, Video or Games controllers, for instance). Right-click on the device that’s not working and select Update Driver Software.
On the next screen, select Search automatically for updated driver software.
Windows will search for the driver and install it, then restart.
If that doesn’t work, right-click the device in Device Manager then select Uninstall > OK. If it’s a printer, connect it to your PC and restart it.
This will reinstall the driver, which may fix the problem. You could also visit the manufacturer’s website to download updated drivers.
